Bio: Tomo is a very hyper student. She's been known to act on impulse and do things for literally no reason other than she felt like it. She's not very smart or athletic, but somehow she's managed to get into high school. Despite her less than serious attitude about things.

Opinion: She's a random element. Sure you know after awhile, she'll do something insane. However it is the anticipation of waiting for her to make her move that's the fun part. Plus her expressions are priceless. I also like how she gets into anything, she's doing. Few can stand in her way then.
